has 25 year’s experience as a radio and tv-journalist for Norwegian Broadcasting Corporation, NRK.. In 2017, she was one of the creators of an award-winning tv-series on food waste, where constructive journalism was used as method.

works as a digital news editor at dr.dk, the website for the Danish Broadcasting Corporation (DR). She is currently a fellow at Constructive Institute, Aarhus.

is Head of The Constructive Institute Fellowship Program of Constructive Institute, former investigative journalist and former Head of the News Group at the Danish newspaper, Morgenavisen Jyllands-Posten.
